This photoshoot was challenging from a zero light bounce environment to extremely bright fixed track lighting. I wanted to express the dramatic feel of the clients space by using a darker approach in my exposures than usual.
Estudio 240 hired me to help capture their architectural and design elements located in the Radio Building basement level Dupuis showroom. This floor featured a very cohesive mix of industrial & natural design elements. Throughout the showroom you see heavy industrial pieces mixed with natural wood and leather accents. You first enter the showroom with a grand statement space filled with grays and touches of warm tones. As you walk through the outdoor living area you will find a bold industrial space that completely changes the mood. The Boiler Room setting is surrounded with industrial sized boilers, pipes, weathered mirrors and accents. One of my favorite spaces is deep within the boiler room, a large natural edge bar table with industrial bar stools topped with weathered leather seats illuminated by Edison bulbs for a dramatic atmosphere. Distressed wall of mirrors surround the area giving the space an experience you won’t forget.
